Global AirFinance Services provides consulting services to clients in the aviation industry with a primary focus on (i) consulting institutional investors on investing in securities issued by airlines, aircraft lessors, and engine lessors with a dedicated focus on aircraft ABS structures and (ii) consulting aircraft and engine leasing companies on the purchase, sale, and financing of aircraft and engines. Global AirFinance Services capitalizes on its extensive network with aviation industry executives to facilitate its consulting services.

Evan Wallach established Global AirFinance Services in 2012. He has spent 35+ years in the aviation industry in senior-level finance positions with Guggenheim Securities, Jefferies Group, Piper Jaffray, CIT, and CS Aviation.

In 2022, Ettore (“Reno”) Bianchi joined Global AirFinance Services as co-president and co-CEO. Mr. Bianchi has spent 35+ years in the aviation industry in several positions on both the buy and sell side. Mr. Bianchi is also the founder and president of Asterisk Advisors, LLC (“Asterisk Advisors”), an independent third-party research firm focused on the aviation industry.
