Evan Wallach
Mr. Wallach has devoted his entire 35+year business career to the aviation industry, specifically in positions in aviation bond sales and trading, investment banking, debt capital markets, and aviation debt restructuring. Mr. Wallach has held senior management positions with Jefferies, Guggenheim Securities, Piper Jaffray, CIT, and Drexel Burnham Lambert. Mr. Wallach was VP-Finance for CS Aviation, a private aircraft lessor. Mr. Wallach served on the board of directors of AeroCentury Corp., an aircraft leasing company, from 1998 to 2021 and was Chairman of the Board from 2016 to 2019.

Ettore (“Reno”) Bianchi
Mr. Bianchi has devoted his entire 35+ year business career to the aviation industry on both the buy and sell side. Mr. Bianchi has held senior level positions with Cantor Fitzgerald, Seaport, Wexford Capital, Citigroup, Salomon Smith Barney, Credit Suisse First Boston, Chase Securities, and Paine Webber. Throughout his career, Mr. Bianchi has worked primarily as a research analyst but also as a trader, salesperson, originator, banker and portfolio manager. Mr. Bianchi has been ranked three years running as #1 in HY and HG Transportation II rankings and more than ten years in the top five. Mr. Bianchi is also president and founder of Asterisk Advisors, LLC. an independent third-party research firm focused on the aviation industry.
